What can I say about Infiniti of Valencia? Hmmm. Many things come to mind. However, what stands out about the Ladies and Gentlemen we had the Absolute Pleasure of dealing with is that they Love and Appreciate their customers. Words can Not Express how much I felt Cared and Valued. From Jazzy John to Amazing Abe to Joe and Pete in Finance, Gerald, Kathy, Armen, Wilson and let's Not forget the Big Boss, Kimo (who doesn't mess around)! These folks are Top Notch!! I've Never dealt with such a High Caliber group of individuals. Oh, and Barry... Mr Barry Libitsky! Words can't begin to Express my Appreciation of this man! He is the epitome of Class. He Absolutely held our hand The Entire way! I will Never look elsewhere if I'm in the market for an Infiniti. Frankly, regardless of Any car I will be interested in the future, I Will ALWAYS give these guys a chance to earn my business First!! I had a great experience when buying a car today. Barry Libitsky took his time, had a sense of humor, and helped facilitate a painless transaction. The sales manager was up front and worked with me. Surprisingly, even finance was painless. No upselling or gimmicks such as “special coating” or “alarm activiation fees.” Witnessed another customer buying a used car having a similar experinece.
